RY-MD Food Chain CEO Richard Young told bworldonline.com, "Looking at the present corporate directions, 40 shops in more than a year is possible... we want people to feel the presence of a national brand in rural areas."

Young added, the company will launch take-out outlets in Biliran province, and Isabel and Palompon in Leyte.

The franchise will open restaurants in Hilongos and the cities of Baybay and Ormoc in Leyte, and in Maasin City, Southern Leyte. This restaurants will offer other meals apart from donuts.
