US-based sushi chain How Do You Roll? has inked three franchise agreements to extend the chain across three US states - Northern California, Southern California and Texas over the next ten years.

The three franchisees Mekaddishkem-EBE, Sushi D and TM3 Concepts will open a total of 85 outlets, helpinh the company in achieving its target of having 100 eateries by 2018.

How Do You Roll? CEO Yuen Yung told RestaurantNews.com that the agreements are in line with the chain's strong growth in the recent years.

"We're excited to bring these teams on to aid in sales and support of these large markets," added Yung.

Mekaddishkem-EBE will unveil 30 stores in Northern California over the next seven years. The company will open the outlets across Alameda, Contra Costa, El Dorado, Marin, Napa, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Sonoma and Solano counties.

Sushi D is expected to open 35 eateries over the next ten years in the Southern California counties, including Los Angeles, Orange, Santa Barbara, San Diego and Ventura.

TM3 Concepts, meanwhile, will open 20 outlets in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas under a seven-year expansion plan.
